Positive: it has lots of charm and definitely has a cottage feel including the paintings, glass and pottery. Last years Christmas decorations were a bit too much. Lerryn is a lovely village and there is lots to do in the area.

Negative: The cottage is very humid and you notice that as soon as the windows and front door are closed. Tall people (1.90 plus) need to be careful in the living room.

Positive: Jasmine Cottage is a gem set in a beautiful village, with wonderful surroundings. The cottage is a joy so full of character and has everything you need so warm and comfortable and feels so homely Jane and Richard have made it so welcoming and all the added art and treasures add to the ambiance The local pub The Ship is very welcoming and has excellent food, and the shop has papers, milk etc

Negative: There was nothing to dislike, all excellent, if you like music maybe bring a radio or use your phone
