Positive: Very comfortable house, great interior design, and very well equipped. Spotlessly clean with good Wi-Fi. In the centre of village parking on the doorstep. Pubs and cafes are very close.

Positive: The woodburner was lit for our arrival and milk in the fridge plus lots of welcoming extras. Shire house is a beautiful quirky property with a lot of personality! We had a fantastic few days and didn’t want to leave. Plenty of free parking opposite the house and just a min or 2 from pubs, restaurants and great shops. Christopher our host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Definitely would love to stay again!

Negative: There was nothing to not like!! Although a cosy chair by the woodburner wouldn’t go amiss to cosy up in and read a book!

Positive: Really enjoyed our stay. The property is well located for all local shops and restaurants , is in a quiet area, and is in walking distance to the train station. There is ample space inside, including a large well equipped kitchen, and the downstairs bedroom and shower room are an added bonus. There is also a secluded outdoor space which would be great during the warmer months. Would highly recommend , and hope to return soon.
