Positive: Place was moved to hillside above the beach. The view from terrace is gorgeous. Apartment itself is very spaceous and even has an office desk. Free drinking water was availabe on site. The owner was very nice and helped us with everyhing. She also rented us a scooter (a must on Tablas). In the future there will also be a restaurant here. Windows and balcony door had a mosquito net.
Negative: Bed is a litle too small (not king size).

Positive: The place is amazing. I stayed in a little cozy beach house (kubo). The location and the surrounding beach is mesmerizing. But what is the best about the place is the atmosphere and very helpful, funny and kind owners. And I hope I don't need to mention sunsets... those sunsets :) I absolutely recommend this place.

Positive: Seriously cannot recommend this place enough!! Not only is the area not crowded with travelers, the ownership here is amazing! It’s budget room so don’t expect luxury, but for budget rooms it is everything you could need and more. Very comfortable bed, very nice staff, Jai the owner was helpful with everything. Did I mention there’s hardly anybody here? It’s peak season and you’ll have the beach to yourself or a few others— amazing stay and amazing island!

Positive: The staff is amazing, professional, available and friendly. The place is amazing. Clean beach, sunset, beers and interesting travelers to meet. The price is super fair. And despite the low price, the owner, GG (sorry for the spelling mistake ;) ) is investing to improve. I saw the place being transformed during 7 days. And she is still investing to improve. I could rent scooter, mountain bicycle and snorkelling gears to her cousin, literally 10 seconds away from my Kubo ( little house lets say). I ate once a day at Kokonut restaurant and is was always very good. A lot of fresh food, cooked on demand. Despite a little bit more expensive than some other places, I always had the feeling that it was a fair price based on effort put to make something tasty. Meat quantity was always above my expectations. Ive tried something like 7 or 8 different meals, one different everyday. If you are awake before the restaurant opens, there is a place not too far opened with home brewed coffee. Something like 15 minutes walk, where you can also order breakfast. Name of the place is Marinor or something like that, it’s a bit uphill and you can go though the normal path or through and earth path, which is a bit shorter. Among things i loved is that the house is built without concrete nor metal on the roof, but with bamboos. Consequently you don’t need an AC / Aircond to feel good :) I didn’t even turn on the fan of the week :)) It’s pleasant visually and in terms of confort it’s a no brainer.
Negative: From my perspective, only things I would improve as an European: - brewed coffee available super early in the morning - repainting shower and fixing the door ( i personally don’t care but it can bother some people) - European charger / electricity adapter (I could borrow one until I bought one
