Positive: The place was magnificent, all inclusive stay with all meals, safari and boat cruise on the Chobe river. The view is to die for. Could not thank the staff enough. This place will be recommended to all friends and family.

Positive: Everyone was extremely friendly and have accommodated us perfectly! I asked them to help me set up my marriage proposal and they went above and beyond to help me. We had private activities for our full stay and they helped organize a romantic sunset boat tour for my proposal. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Jackalberry Chobe Lodge, amazing people, beautiful views, the pool was great, the food was great and the activities were well organized, always on time. The perfect way to visit the Chobe region!

Positive: The view over the Chobe, the pool and the very friendly and attentive staff.

Negative: The hotel is run down, our bed sheets had holes in it big enough for our big toes to go right through it. Considering the amount you have to pay staying there is just doesn't justify the costs. I am sure your money can be better spent somewhere else. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade if they want to stay in that price range.
