Positive: Excellent for a trip with the dogs. Great fully fenced garden. A bit rough around the edges which suits us when we travel with the dogs. Good to have a washing machine.
Negative: I needed to wash everything we used in the kitchen before using as it wasn't very clean. No instructions about closing up so we left as we found.
Summary: Great for a stay with the dogs.

Positive: Alternative but similar property offered in same block. Well appointed kitchen; cosy homely feel. Convenient to where we wanted to be. Nice walks.
Negative: Property is not in Tinwell as on the listing, but Easton-on-the-Hill. Road noise one room; noisy heat pump - other room.

Positive: Cottage warm and comfortable, large enough for a small family + dog. Secure garden for dog, easy walks. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Negative: The central heating wasn’t fully working , I think the control needs a new battery.
