Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Ivydene with are two children from 8th-11th August, it's was such a lovely, welcoming place to stay. The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The Breakfast choices were fantastic and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for the beach and amenities. We would highly recommend and definitely be booking again.

Summary: First time staying at the Ivydene Very welcoming reception upon arrival Easy check in Very spacious, clean and fresh room Breakfast was the best I have had for a long time Only gripe would be we prefer a firmer matress but you can't have everything in life 😂 Will definitely book again as we are always in skegvegas

Summary: Very clean and nicely decorated but our attic room was very small and restricted by the sloping ceiling. The breakfast was good and we found the place very good value for the price we paid. The location is perfect for access to beach and amenities.

Summary: This is a really good little b&b, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room we was put in was a little small but it wasn't uncomfortable. Parking was a little sparse with only 4 spaces but there is car parks only a few minutes walk away. The center of skegness is just a short walk away. The facilities at the ivydene are excellent the breakfast was really good with the option to upgrade to a large for just £1.50 we were only waiting a couple of minutes before it was on the table, the owner does this all on her own, she is such a lovely lady, thank you very much for a lovely weekend. We will certainly consider staying there again when we next visit.
