Summary: The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and put the customer first. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and I slept well. The view of the ocean from the pool is magical. The location is perfect- close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Summary: The hotel organized the transfer from BKK to hotel and to next island with fair prices, they rent scooters in good conditions at good prices, the location has an awesome view, staff is super friendly, the whole hotel is clean, breakfast is on nice terrace and sufficient choices, the only thing was a bad smell in bathroom which might be due to bad pipe construction.

Summary: Infinity pool is amazing with incredible views and the pool area was quite quiet. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast system was a little odd and confusing but other than that the stay was great!

Summary: We had an amazing stay! Our highlights: the service, the view, the friendliness of all staff. We find it rare to remember a vacation for the hospitality of the hotel, yet Islanda came super close. Will definitely come back!
