This beautiful Islamorada home has been newly renovated and ready for your Margaritaville vacation. Sitting on a major canal in the Indian Waterways neighborhood, this home is ready for your boat and water adventure. The home features a 60 foot seawall to comfortably dock a large boat and is only one mile to Tavernier cut for ocean access. Boat ramp makes kayaking and stand up paddling easy. Easy launching of jet skis. A tandem kayak is available on premises for guest use.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and windows overlooking the canal. The Second bedroom has a bunk bed and twin bed. Both bedrooms have a dedicated a/c unit to stay cool in the Keys heat. The modern kitchen includes all the amenities you need with large counter space to prepare that freshly caught fish. Summary: Wonderful canal-front month in lovely Islamorada. Our 3rd year in a row renting. Can't beat the location and having your boat just steps from the door!
