This designer REMODELED IN JULY 2021 3bdr, 2bath home is located on a 60 foot deep water dock in quiet Plantation Key, Florida. This charming vacation home was decorated by an interior designer . The home features a screened in porch, wrap around balcony, sun deck and upper porch for relaxing with a glass of wine or a fine book while watching the birds from the nature preserve flying by. the large travertine deck has a 6 person new luxurious jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the water. The moment you set your foot in the door-you know and feel that you are on vacation, and time stops still....
Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 22 foot boat (24 with engines)
Islamorada is home to world renown fishing, diving, water sports and serene sunsets. The home has 3 new flat screen TVs, cable, fast WIFI, fully equipped chefs kitchen, washer and dryer, ice maker for your boating needs, blue tooth sound system and a large new 6 person outdoor hot tub. Near by is Founders Park with its lagoon style beach, Olympic size pool, dog park, marina and more . Theater of the sea is 10 minutes away. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. The home itself was beautiful and comfortable, with every room thoughtfully stocked. But for our family, the true highlight was the outdoor space. We loved paddle boarding, watching manatees in the canal, relaxing in the hot tub, and sipping coffee—or enjoying a slice of key lime pie—on the porch. It was a wonderful getaway!

Summary: Chely's home is beautiful, well appointed and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Located on a canal, the property has a water view and a very lovely outdoor living space. The three bedroom/two bath spot is great for a few friends traveling together or a family.

Summary: From the minute we pulled onto the property/started to settle in for the week...we KNEW this was the perfect fit for a long-overdue family gathering! Home is inviting, cozily decorated, large open kitchen/tv area/dining area are comingled so all 6 of us could always be "together" as we prepared meals, played games and just bellied laughed reminiscing and telling stories. Super comfy beds! A beautiful screened in porch for after the sun set but wow did we enjoy the lower level dock!....hot tub, lounge chairs, seeing the manatee almost daily swim by in the canal. Truly a gem of a get-a-way! Thank you Chely for sharing your lovely home!

Summary: This home wasn’t just a home base for our exploration of the Northern Keys. It was a great place to hang out at any time of day as well! The home is really comfortable both inside and out. We had manatees visit daily, often multiple times, right from the patio/dock. From coffee dates on the screened balcony, to lazing in the sun or shade, to grilling freshly-caught fish, it just felt like home away from home. Chely (hostess) was responsive to a few texts asking for information, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to have spent time in her paradise!

Summary: The property is amazing. We stayed home a couple days, fished a couple days, grilled fresh fish on the grill a couple times, and even used the hot tub. Excellent communications before, during and after stay. Loved it !

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Chely’s house in Islamorada. The house faces South and gets lots of good sunshine. The dock was perfect for the boat we rented and we were all very comfortable in the rooms. Would love to stay again. Chely was an amazing hostess and gave us so many good recommendations!
