Negative: Rooms were grubby and there was no hot water, a/c did not work and we were woken every morning at 5am by shutters being opened.

Negative: It is on the main road, so it's a bit noisy late into night & from early morning. A kettle with tea bags & coffee sachets would have been helpful.
