Positive: The hotel is in a good location. From the airport, a Uber cost around 800 rs. It is not too far away from the city centre, e.g. MG road. A Uber ride took about 30-40min depending on the traffic. There are many restaurants nearby and a supermarket. I also got an Indian SIM card at Airtel which is only 4 minutes away. There is also a money exchange place 3 minutes away. It is a new hotel, so the facilities are good. It was a comfortable stay. There is always a security guard at the entrance, which makes me feel safe. The staff often responded to my requests fast. The room was cleaned every day. Overall I am very pleased with my stay here.

Negative: The card machine could not take international bank cards. I had to pay cash in the end. I just arrived in India without small notes. People here also don't use cash that much nowadays, so the manager couldn't give me the exact change. The noise the fridge makes might bother you if you are a light sleeper. Also they are still installing things for the hotel. It might be noisy during day time, but it doesn't matter if you are out till evening. And I am sure this won't be a problem soon.

Positive: The location is excellent.. It’s a new property and it looks better than what is shown in pics. The terrace has an amazing view. The in house food served is very tasty.. Most importantly their staff is warm n treat you like family. Ratan goes above n beyond to take care of guests.
