Positive: The neighbourhood was quiet, several places were close enough to walk, we could use the kitchen, dining and living room if we chose. Parking was fairly easy. My dog was welcome 🤗
Negative: I didn't realize our room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were steep. The ac unit is either too small or too big for the room; 1 setting we were very cold another we were sweating by morning. Never did figure it out. I did figure out the door, it sticks but if you push down on the handle it gives way easily.

Positive: Shockingly disappointing breakfast, the first day, but adequate the remainder. As a non-coffee drinker, the milk option was not my style, bought my own. Comfortable bed. Only ventilation in bathroom was small open window. Wi-Fi availability.
Negative: Limited street parking.
Summary: Comfortable enough, but overpriced.
