Positive: It was clean and tidy. Very quiet. Close enough to points of public transport, like the train station and bus stops. Very affordable rates for its proximity to NYC. The instructions were very straightforward and simple.
Negative: The wifi was was very intermittent and disconnecting. The host told us that the router is in the main house, so wifi would not reach say 2-3 feet beyond the entrance. The TV would also be more usable if we could connect to the wifi. Another thing was that it had a single blanket. It would be nice to add an additional blanket.
Summary: A nice cozy place to crash for a night or two, not for staying in and working.

Positive: It felt like a personal room, and in fact it was. Maybe if the the owner add some few stuff, like chamomile in the desks, a couple of more towels in the bath, could be even better. But was already very good.
