Positive: The overall design was very nice with rooms both traditional and modern. Private hot tub and shower cave were personal highlights. Staff went above and beyond throughout our stay especially Alexandra amd Marios

Positive: Very good and rich breakfast, big room, nice surroundings.

Negative: The jacuzzi made extremely loud noises bc it was broken. We had to fill it with water with a pot in the middle of the night, bc no staff was available. Next day we complained about the issue but it was the same horror the night after. So we told them to please shut the jacuzzi down for the nights. At least they refunded us a little of their own accord. The second problem was that both, the jacuzzi and the common pool were not as clean as you would like them to be. Dirt and hair from the guests before in the jacuzzi and algae in both.

Positive: Room and view were gorgeous. Staff is extremely efficient and kind. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: Unfortunately when I showered the water didn’t get hot.
