3 Bedroom House in Kastraki, Naxos

Delightful house, 100 meters from one of the best beaches in Greece. Located in Kastraki, a peaceful little resort 15km South from Naxos city, on the amazing sandy West coast of Naxos. The golden sandy beach is not crowded even in the height of the summer months and stretches for kilometers in either direction.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, a wonderful 4 person hot tub/Jacuzzi and will sleep 8 people comfortably. The outside of the property has comfortable seating, numerous terraces with palm trees and lush well maintained gardens. Private off road parking for several vehicles and magnificent views of the sea and surrounding Cyladic islands.
You enter the property via the kitchen dining room. Steps lead down to the living area, with comfortable seating, patio doors leading out to the outside terraces with sea views. Also on this level is a double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead down to the semi-basement level. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One large double bedroom and the other bedroom has one double bed and bunk beds. There is air conditioning throught the house.
Outside the house is a parking area for several cars, well maintained garden with palm trees, plants and shrubs. There is a private 4 seater hot tub/Jacuzzi, 3 terraces with plenty of covered seating areas, deck chairs, sunbeds, a charcoal grill and an outside shower area. The house is accessed via an un-paved no through road, well away from the main road.
Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

Summary: Picture perfect house, Lovely garden, perfect size for our family of four. V close to beach and walkable to a number of restaurants and beach bars. Car definitely needed to connect with other areas of island, though there was also a local bus service nearby. Would recommend.

Summary: Very nice property, 1 minute from the sea, equipped with everything necessary and more. Very good position, near wonderful beaches but far from the crowd. In 5 minutes by car small markes, nice restaurants and a very nice beach bar.

Summary: Our family had an amazing time at this property. The house is fully equipped and steps away from a beautiful and tranquil beach. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, which was ideal to relax, have meals al fresco, and watch perfect sunsets. The hot tub was definitely a bonus! Would 100% recommend this property to others. Summary: This house is very well appointed. The owners have taken great care in the decorations and use of every space it offers. The living area is not that big, but there is so much space outside (two sitting areas and dining area) it was more than comforatable. You are steps away from a nice beach, lovely places to eat and only about 25 minutes from the main town. David the property manager was a wealth of info and assisted with all our needs. Loved this home and the area.
