Positive: Location is great. The apartment is open to both street sides. You get a whole level to yourself.

Negative: The stairs are an invention from hell. God forbid you have luggage with you. No mention of which floor you get or the staggering stairs. The pillows have to be changed.

Positive: It was great to leave our belongings before 4pm check in.Appreciated .Thanks. From one point of view it is Good location because it is in the middle of old town ,but It could be not the best location for sleeping in the night.As it's bars around and Saturday night was noisy from the street up till may be 4am.You could not sleep event with closed shutters.

Negative: Quite noisy in the night even with shuted shutters.Noise from the street on Saturday night was up till 4am😵‍💫.I am not sure is if clubs around, but music was coming constantly all Saturday night. Bedding quite dated,not very white...

Positive: Excellent location, in the heart of the old town walking distance from everything. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. And the host was very hospitable! I would go again for sure.

Positive: The location was great, just around the corner from St. Nicholas Church in the old city and close to Turia Gardens, so it was easy to walk to many interesting sights, cafes and shops. It was about a 10 minute walk to the tram stop for the beach. The apartment was clean and very spacious with good facilities and a small balcony.

Summary: Valencia is a great place for a short break and the apartment is in a fantastic location.
