Positive: Plenty of room, quiet area, had any amenity that I might need.

Negative: Single A/C isnt big enough to cool the whole apartment and the air filter was clogged up, mattress is pretty beat up and tough to sleep on.

Positive: The property was as it was described. I loved it. I didn’t like Binghamton. But if the host had places in other areas I would choose her. I had a family emergency and I had to leave. The host asked for reasonable things with trash and things. I had to rush to hospital for my mom. I wasn’t able to do what she asked. But if I didn’t have an emergency; I would have done what she asked and more. Excellent Host!

Positive: Very quiet neighborhood. The apt was very cozy. Loved the little balcony..and most of all the claw foot tub. It was furnished with everything...even a Keurig!!!
