Summary: They gave me a room facing the freeway which is noisy. But added to that was a loud rumbling sound which kept me awake most of the night. It came from within the hotel and sounded like someone running a motorcycle or similar.

Summary: Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Decent buffet breakfast and dinner was good though service was slow. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

Summary: We liked everything about the hotel except house keeping. could not take a bath because the drain plug was broke, we left on the toilet tank and the next day it was still there. The used wash cloths from the morning were still on the shelf in the bathtub the next morning, so I guess they don't clean the tub.The bed sheets did not look fresh the second say they were all loose and wrinkled.The coffee maker still had an old coffee pouch in it from the day before.We did not get clean glasses the second day or the 2 complimentary bottles of water for the coffee maker. Other than that we did enjoy our stay mostly. We had a problem booking but the woman in the office ,Brandi was excellent she straightened everything out for us, she is GREAT.

Summary: Room was large with a couch and a nice king size bed! Bathroom was nice and clean with nice towels! Neighborhood was nice with a walking trail next to a river! One of the top restaurants in Binghamton, “The lost Dog “was just a few minute walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Summary: Nice hotel. Not much going on around, but that's Binghamton in the summer, on a Sunday, for you. Check in and check out was convenient and the people were kind and courteous. Didn't get a chance to check out most of the hotel since we were only there for one night. A convenient 6-minute walk from the bus station. Room was nice. Spacious. Just didn't like having to step into the bathtub since I have a bum ankle and have my foot in a boot. Would be nice if they had a shower stall you could just walk right into.

Summary: Very nice hotel and good location Our only complaint during the 2 night stay was noise levels at night . Friday was full of baseball teams in most areas of hotel ( tournament weekend) but calmed down by mid evening Saturday had an event across the street that was very loud and lasted until after 1am.. I thought the city may have noise ordinance after midnight .. but apparently not .

Summary: Quality of room was good, and free access to the adjoining athletic club with sauna/spa/pool was a nice benefit. Bistro could have been better. They ran out of some foods at the breakfast buffet about halfway through the designated time. Although the staff promised to refill the fresh fruit platters, I waited 35 minutes to no avail. Felt that I wasted money on the buffet. Ate outside the hotel for subsequent breakfasts. Ordered room service one night for dinner, but it never came. Housekeeping did not restock the in-room coffee packets. No big deal -- they had free coffee in the lobby, but if you wake up jet lagged at 3:00am and there is no coffee available in your room then that's a bit of a bummer. Rather expected a bit more for what I paid here.
