Positive: The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to the shopping areas of Landmark Tower, Mark Is and Tokyu Square. A short stroll over the bridge to World Porters, the Nissan Noodle Museum, and Red Brick House. To the Osanbashi Pier was a short taxi ride (1100 yen) . The accessible room we were given was excellent for my wheelchair. The room, view of harbour and the location near lifts were excellent. All staff were friendly and so helpful.

Negative: The cost of the room was expensive, compared to other hotels, but we were overall very happy with your hotel. Check-in staff were excellent, but the check-in procedure did take quite a while and could be made more streamlined.
