Positive: Although we arrived late at night, the staff were still very friendly and helped us with everything. The room was immaculate and even came with a speaker, the lighting was modern and intuitive, and the toilet was amazing! I love the bidet and how it has a shower and a bath. The comfort levels were exceptional and the breakfast was delectable. I would definitely come here again.

Negative: I didn't enjoy not having a balcony, because the view from our room was spectacular and it was a shame we couldn't go outside. But the giant windows made up for it, and it's not a big deal. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Summary: First time at the Hilton, definitely coming back, great luxury hotel.

Positive: Breakfast food had wide variety

Negative: Breakfast service was generally splotchy and inconsistent. I had to ask 3 different staff for a cup of coffee before i finally got one. Some staff nodded and gave assent to my requests only for them to ghost me and never appear again or look at me like i am asking for the first time when i remind them.

Positive: Lovely hotel in an excellent location, within 10-15 minutes walk of Yokohama train station and 5 minutes from a supermarket. Centrally located with easy walking distance K-Arena and Pacfico. Beautiful art deco decor and large rooms. Fitness centre also had a good range of equipment
