Negative: Stayed before years ago and it was very good. On this trip, I stayed earlier in the month and had booked in advance as passing back through the area. Both stays proved disappointing. Staff unhelpful. Pleasant but really not bothered and I was an ihg gold member at the time. Room average. Noisy, view of parking lot .. and that was an upgrade. Corridors crammed with housekeeping carts in the morning that you just can't get around without pushing them away. Avoided the breakfast and restaurant and ate elsewhere as we waited too long. Valet park .. I was asked to scan a card they had given me and text to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the car along with everyone else, which turned out to be 35.minutes, left hanging about both visits. I get the feeling that the hotel is so busy as its the only one other than pebble in the area in a prime location that they just are ambivalent to the guests.

Positive: A lot but the closing times of the bar is bs. And the door to the gym and pool didn’t work. I got 4 sets of keys nothing worked. So I didn’t get to use the gym or pool. Which is bs for the price I paidz

Negative: The doors tk gym and pool always should work.

Positive: Right next to the aquarium in the center of cannery row, can’t get a better location! Everything is clean, everyone is nice

Negative: I wish they had a free breakfast. You can buy breakfast from the restaurant downstairs but for the price I feel like there should be a breakfast included (or at least a discount at the restaurant). The restaurant is def on the high end of prices for what you get (one slice of avocado toast was almost $20).
