Positive: We loved the idea of staying a boat which was almost 200 years old, the bed was comfy, the bath took a while to run but was a lovely added bonus. Private seating area with a panoramic view of the marina, fairy lights were a lovely touch which were solar powered and came on in the evening.

Negative: Couldn't turn the bright lights off outside our room so quite a lot of light was coming through, also no openable window so couldn't let fresh air in during the night which my partner didn't sleep well due to this

Positive: Good stay, with friendly helpful hosts, who were easy to contact. Nicely decorated "cabin", with plenty of room, warm and comfortable. Ideal location for us, visiting family at the Marina. Scenic walk into Rochester, around 20 mins away. Great sunsets.

Negative: Water pressure on the boat was very low one morning, ok the other days. An understandable foible of being on a boat. Guests should travel light. Access is a slight walk from the car park and then up steep, narrow steps to your deck. Whilst it worked for us, the lack of breakfast facilities could be a disadvantage. There are tea and coffee making facilities, but to get anything more substantial is probably a drive away. Hints about local places to eat could prove useful.
