Summary: The hotel was amazing it was clean and comfy, I only stayed for 1 night, the only problem with my room was there was no where to sit and work other then on the bed, a corner desk would fix that when I had a shower and turned the heat up there was no real way to turn it down and they didn’t do food other then pizza but there is a place to eat 5 minutes walk, the staff was amazingly friendly the room was clean the bed was comfy

Summary: The accommodation itself couldn't be faulted. Friendly staff, fresh towels daily, all very nice. I would however strongly recommend an out-of-hours point of contact in the event of getting locked out of the room. In fairness, it's entirely my own fault that I locked myself out to begin with (won't be forgetting that mistake in a hurry). But if it wasn't for an upstairs tenant being able to get hold of the correct person to let me back in, I would've had no choice but to try to sleep outside. It's no good listing the pub's number for contact at a time when nobody's available to answer, and this did sour my last night's stay somewhat. I was very apologetic to Tracey about the disturbance, & had forewarned her about the messages I'd left on the phone before leaving (I hope they were not deemed as anything untoward).

Summary: We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food.
