Summary: There was ants on my bed. I took a video of it and went down to speak to the staff member at the front desk who said the manager was at a different property. I specifically asked for the manager to call me, but I didn’t hear anything. Disappointing.

Summary: I'm sure that the Inn at Mendenhall is wonderful but I couldn't tell you. Hotels.com overbooked the Inn by five rooms and I was moved to an alternative property. What's the point of booking months in advance if you just get bumped anyway? Last time I use this service.
