Summary: The hotel was nice. The lady at check in not nice. Even though we asked online and called then called again the morning of to ask if we could please check in early and they said anytime after 2 should be fine. We got there and the not nice lady told plus our room wasn't available (at 2:45) and the cleaning crew was on break for an hour. We were not able to get our room until after our event around 9:45 pm.
