Positive: The staff was pleasant & accommodating. The suite was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully quaint & comfortable. The cozy fireplace was the cherry on top of the sundae. The Fairville Inn is undeniably a 10/10 !

Positive: The rooms are huge. The colour scheme is soothing and restful. The bed and pillows simply divine. I absolutely did not want to get out of bed. They even had a decent hairdryer which is often lacking. The grounds are lovely and the inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Wonderful family celebration held in a beautiful inn. Looking forward to returning someday.

Positive: Charming place and super-kind staff. I travelled with 2 special-needs adults and a bonus-peanut-allergy friend. They made us feel very welcome. The holiday decorations in the lobby area were gorgeous.

Negative: It would be a good idea to add a blind to the door between the rooms in Carriage House Suite 1 for privacy when someone is on the daybed.

Summary: Beautiful— I’ll come back some day without my family!!!!🤣)

Positive: Liked the private room and bathroom with independent entry. The place was comfortable and staff was friendly. Enjoyed the fireplace and pond view. Was serene and slept well. Breakfast was delicious. The hand written welcome note and water was very thoughtful. Excellent location about 10min to Winterthur. Great place;would stay again and recommend.

Negative: Everything was great. There wasn't anything not to like but have a few suggestions for consideration. It was lovely to offer snacks and coffee for guests to help themselves, could consider adding tea as an option. I noticed the room in the red barn on first floor closest to house, only had a small sink mirror but plenty of wall space to add another mirror in the bedroom which would enhance utility when getting ready and fit the decor. There is a floorboard in the bathroom by the sink to be fixed as large gap did snag on my socks. Was fantastic that they offered EV chargers, it would be a nice touch to advertise this to guests or in the booking.com description. We only noticed it as we were checking out so didn't use it but it's another benefit could offer guest as an amazing added value if would like.
