Positive: We had a fabulous breakfast and drinks at the bar the evening before. But what made our stay was the staff at this hotel. They worked as such a good team and really looked out for us.

Negative: The room had a truly bad view, it was advertised as partial view, but it was just only for one night and the rest of the hotel was fabulous.

Summary: Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel and fantastic staff.

Negative: Lot of noise from other rooms and corridors . Meals in the restaurant are a bit hit and miss. No venting in the bathroom. Expensive parking.
