Positive: Absolutely amazing extravagant experience. Tea was very pricey but fun experience. Very comfortable.

Positive: The Concierge staff was extremely helpful with booking restaurants, informing us about transportation options and directions in general.
Negative: There was no chest of drawers in the bedroom even though there was ample space for one. Consequently, we had to leave some of our clothes in our suitcases.

Positive: The staff is exceptional. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful, warm and fun! Location is fabulous. The grounds are gorgeous and really well maintained. The whole thing is iconic and reminiscent of a different time. Just beautiful.
Negative: The food was disappointing. For such a high end facility, the meal options were limited and uninspired. The staff, however, made eating there worth it. Exceptional to a person.

Positive: The location was good and the hotel service was great! We really appreciated being able to check in early. It made our stay much more convenient.
Negative: The hotel provided complimentary coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch. It would have been even better if honey had been available as an alternative to sugar.
