Positive: Location, Value.

Negative: The Spa Bath in the Billabong Cabin didn't have a suitable surface on its floor area and was very slippery and dangerous to use when showering!! Also the shower bracketting to the wall was almost falling off!! The Office Staff were not present at 2:50 pm in the afternoon in spite of the office hours stated as being between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:00 pm. I had phoned earlier to advise of our arrival time.

Summary: Suited our purpose to get rooms convenient to the airport.

Positive: being off the main highway etc., it was a very quiet night. This is what we like as we are from the country, so don't sleep well in the city.

Negative: no complaints at all

Positive: It's not too bad a location, close to a shopping centre and a short drive to other bigger shopping like Westfield Chermside.

Negative: Very hard to find cabin even with instruction/map. The sofa bed had no beddings and was so flimsy uncomfortable the springs are coming out as mattress very thin. Very pokey bathroom/ toilet and is in the bedroom, which is probably bad design. It's a very tired looking property whic may need an upgrade soon. Otherwise ok. Worth probably less than price paid. Would not pay per $100 for this type of property tbh.
