Summary: The room was good, close to the bus stop which gives you easy access into the city. Helen was one of the best members of staff, very friendly and helped with anything we needed

Summary: We always stay here - the location is close to family: We’ve stayed in different units each time. The 1-bedroom cottage was a great design and suited our requirements perfectly, albeit the cottage itself is a bit tired and in need of some tlc. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the wi-fi to work and couldn’t get the (tiny) tv to log into Netflix etc. So we did a lot of reading in the evenings. Because of the limited reception hours (we were out all day, every day) we never got a chance to report the issue with the internet / wi-fi / TV

Summary: Checked in after hours and check out before opening hours on business. Room was extremely noisey with people in above room, cars coming and going up till midnight. When I first entered the room it had a strong unpleasant cleaning smell which was hard to adjust to. There was no hot water so had a 2 cold showers. Would not recommend this place and differently not more than a 2 star accommodation

Summary: I've stayed at this property before and was told the wifi was temporarily down, this time, months later it is still unusable. I don't consider this to be temporary. The property is falsely advertised on hotels.com as having free wifi. Also there were ants crawling on all counter tops and on top of that no hot water so this morning we were faced with either having a cold shower or no shower at all.

Summary: Self check-in. The room has a kitchen for cooking. There is a gym, although the facilities are relatively simple. It is not recommended to book when it rains because it will be very noisy. The WIFI was very slow and almost unusable during the two days of stay.

Summary: Thought it was just going to be small cabin, but an actual 1 seperate bedroom cottage awaited us. Very clean and comfortable. Close to boondall entertainment centre sealed the deal. Small shopping centre near by also convenient. Staff at reception friendly and organised. Nothing to hate about this place.
