Summary: The pictures tell it all. They match with the actual property. The response time to a request for a charger that I couldn’t find was a matter of minutes not hours or days. I can’t think of anything that we needed that we could not find. The only negative would be the TV there are too many channels and it is complicated to use.

Summary: Condo is lovely, spacious, clean and very well equipped. And the addition of 2 bikes was a bonus! Kim / Carl are terrific hosts who were very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. A drawback was that the HOA turned the heat off for the pool right outside the condo with zero warning, and worse, ignored many, many complaints. So we did not have a heated pool for the entire 5 week stay which was a huge buzzkill for us and our guests, all swimmers. While not the owners' fault, beware of a capricious condo association that has little regard for short-term renters.

Summary: Our 6 week stay was simply wonderful. Kim and Carl were truly wonderful hosts and we got to meet them when they dropped off some new bikes for us to enjoy (which was so nice)! We loved this property, as it was so close to the pool with a beautiful overall view. It was very well appointed and the furniture and beds were really quite comfortable. So much to enjoy in the surrounding areas. It really felt like home to us right away. My favorite place to date and we certainly hope to be back next year ! Thanks for sharing...
