Positive: Convenient, steps from the beach, great view

Negative: I didn’t like that I had to carry around a key with me at all times to access the elevator and the pool/beach areas. But it was just a minor inconvenience and didn’t effect my stay

Summary: We had a great vacation here and already booked the same room for next year!

Positive: This was a spacious condo with great views. It was in a great location not near the hustle and bustle of clearwater, Evolve did a great job with having every detail on how to get into the condo and detailed instructions on everything in the condo!

Negative: The lock box seems like it was falling apart to access the key. The floor of the condo was dirty making you feet or socks black with filth. I didn't understand the policy of do not strip the beds when you check out. So does that mean we are using the same sheets as the next or previous person who used it. Also there needs to be more washcloths. I need wash them but there still were not enough.
