Positive: 1208 is a beautifully decorated and clean condo, with wonderful ocean views. The living room wall mirrors are situated perfectly to reflect the oceans views. More than enough space for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed for kitchen/cooking purposes, a separate beverage fridge, shampoo/conditioner, towels, beach towels, beach toys, volleyball, boogie board (also we left a boogie board so currently there are two for ppl to use), beach chairs. Short walk down the hall and down a set of stairs to the pool area. The pool deck was quite large and had two grills and flat top griddle, all of which looked fairly new. We enjoyed the pool and hot (very hot!) tub. The building itself is older/retro, and well maintained. The bird sanctuary next door was convenient to visit (free admission; donations welcomed) and seemed to bring other birds to the area, which was fun to watch from the balcony! We used the trolley system to go to/from John's Pass and Clearwater. Short drive to grocery store (Winn-Dixie or Publix) and restaurants (a couple of restaurants within walking distance).

Negative: We didn't know the code to get into building (there is a separate code for condo which I kept entering to get into building and getting denied) but thankfully other guests eventually walked by and gave us the code. (I had to do the same for another guest during our stay.) Perhaps the code was provided, and I missed it. Maybe a bigger hot tub (or add a second one). And cosmetically for the building itself, maybe a lighter color like the building that shares the pool. Just to brighten things up. None of these "what didn't you like" comments should deter a decision to stay in 1208.

Summary: 1208 is a wonderful condo with beautiful ocean views!
