Summary: Overall our stay was sufficient for what we needed. The cottage was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from food and shopping. It was quiet at night, away from city noise. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the normal amenities. The house needs some updating including routine maintenance and more deep cleaning. We had several mishaps that were inconvenient, one late at night and the host had sent her phone directly to voicemail. Also, we were stuck in the house during a parade that went down the street in front of the house; we were not told about this until it was too late to move the car. I suggest checking out an events calendar or asking the host specifically if there is anything going on during your stay.

Summary: The location was perfect for us! We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to do in Franklin. We even walked to The Factory on Saturday for the farmers market. Susan made the checkin, stay, and checkout all pleasant and easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Summary: Susan is a great host. She met us at the cottage when we arrived to show us around. Her place looks small on the outside, but had plenty of space for our two dogs and us. The location is right near downtown and we walked everywhere. Lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby. We had so many options and didn’t get to try them all! Would definitely stay here again.
