Summary: We stayed at this property for our annual girls trip to Franklin. It was perfect in every way. It was super clean, abundantly stocked, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated as well. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded promptly. The location was great and the place had plenty of parking. We loved our experience and highly recommend it to everyone.

Summary: My family and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage for my wife's birthday. I will say without a doubt that this home was fantastic! It was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Furniture and beds were indeed cozy, and the donkeys and goats were a hit with our kiddos! It was close to Franklin and Nashville, but not so close that you feel like you're in the middle of everything. We will definitely be back again!
