Summary: Great house. The only issue was the ac stopped working in the living room in our last night. The manager was great and they showed up to try and fix it but needed to order a part.

Summary: I stayed three nights with 15 other friends (8 couples). The good: great gathering spaces. The kitchen was large, the dining table could fit a big chunk of people and there was island seating as well. There were enough bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The view was stunning from the balcony and the community pool was only a couple minutes away walking. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have had at a vacation home. The check out process was an BREEZE. We were SO RELIEVED to not have a laundry list of chores to tackle before check out. All in all just a beautiful property. The bad: the “pool” was much too hot for us to use for the first two days of the trip. It genuinely felt like a hot tub. We even debated trying to buy bags of ice to throw in so we could use it sooner. We were disappointed since the private pool was a big part of why we booked this location. The bathrooms were all out of soap and there was no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen were fine but much too small for what is intended to be a large group house. I would have loved some a couple huge mixing bowls and at least one massive frying pan/sauce pan because I ended up having to cook in batches for the number of people we had. Overall, we had a GREAT time and the proximity to Sand Hollow was awesome. I would stay again but we felt like the listing could do a better job setting expectations on the private pool.

Summary: Our entire family of 16 stayed at Sand Hollow and the place was amazing. Everything we needed to begin with was there. Rachel was wonderful and answered any questions we had, which weren't many because she had already answered them. The place was more than big enough and everyone had a marvelous time.

Summary: This was such a great place for our family reunion! The big kitchen area had a nice set up for feeding everyone. The kids room and one of the other bedrooms are in a separate area above the garage so we couldn’t hear the kids when in the other rooms. This may be good or bad, but it worked well for us. We were a little surprised that there weren’t any dishwashing supplies, dish soap, sponge or dish towels, and had to run out to buy those, but otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. We’d definitely reunion here again.

Summary: This house was beyond perfect. It was new, clean, plenty of space for our large group. The pool was awesome to have during the warm days. Plenty of room in the kitchen for meals and food storage. Plastic cups and plates which is nice to be able to have by the pool and more than enough for the entire house a few times over.
