Positive: Found this place through Aaryam’s Instagram page and had a nice stay. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. Special thanks to the manager,Rohan, for being so helpful and kind during our visit. Right from the start, the staff stood out with their warm and welcoming attitude. The accommodation was comfortable, perfect for relaxing amidst nature. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning view—absolutely surreal and peaceful. The food was also a delight— very fresh and flavourful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape!

Positive: We had a perfect stay! The food was tasty, the views were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also did some fun outdoor adventure activities just 5–10 minutes away. The monsoon weather made everything look even more amazing. We visited Surkanda Devi Temple too—it’s very close to the property. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back!

Positive: The stay was great! The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature. To reach the stay, there’s a short 50-meter uphill trek, but the views and calm vibe once you get there make it totally worth it. Our room was clean, cozy, and had fresh linens and all the basic amenities. The food was delicious — homestyle, fresh, and comforting. A big thanks to Allen, who was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. We explored quite a few places nearby — from Tehri Lake with its fun water sports, to the peaceful Kaudia Forest. We also visited Surkanda Devi Temple, which you can reach by either trekking or taking the ropeway (₹150–₹200 one way). The views from the top were stunning! If you're looking for a calm mountain stay with great food, warm hospitality, and beautiful nearby spots to explore, Ila in Kanatal is a perfect choice.

Positive: The property is really good and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. A big thanks to the manager, Ms. Priyanka, for her excellent support throughout our stay. She patiently answered all our questions and was always prompt with her responses. She also suggested some beautiful nearby places to visit and even guided us with a route that was shorter, Her suggestions really helped us make the most of our trip. Great hospitality overall!
