The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed, and even included a lovely hospitality gift. Positive: Everything is well equipped and extremely clean - reflects the pictures. Building is tall and iconic in Lujiazui, easy to find. Quality of all the building common areas and of the flat is to a very high standard. Position is amazing, just a short walk from the Bund, would book again.

Positive: The apartment is located in a very convenient place in central Schanghai, close to the Bund. The Apartment is spacious, well furnished and equipped. The bedrooms and beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and the kitchens adequate. All is simply high class and the owner Mr. Shaw is cintinuously available through messaging for any help one might need (and for giving useful information about the immediate and remote surroundings of the apartment building!!). Wonderful experience for families, much better than staying in separate and impersonal hotel rooms! Thanks, Mr. Shaw!

Negative: A very minor point: in the period leading up to the rental period, the owner gives so much information that it is sometimes a bit difficult to retrace the precise information one needs at a particular moment!

Positive: It was a very comfortable and lovely stay, a home away from home with everything well catered for. We appreciated that the pantry was well stocked with snacks and beverages. The apartment was spacious for our family of 6. Walking distance to amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and eateries. The apartment owners checked in on us regularly via WeChat to ensure we had everything we needed and they could also be easily reached if we had questions.
