Positive: The location cannot be beat and the apartment was gorgeous! The amenities were great and air conditioning fantastic. I would move to Ortigia in a heart beat if I lived here. Stairs and luggage are always a challenge but that is always to be expected. Loved this place and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises!

Negative: Stairs are always a challenge with luggage but this is a small price to pay for the location, convenience and comfort.

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect , Andrea & Martina are great, the apartment is great , good size , has everything you need. The kitchen is good and Andrea and Martina leave bread , toast, coffee , tea , dishwasher soap. The Laundry is also good,with washer and detergent .

Negative: The location is great. The only thing is that it is in the second floor and doesn’t have elevator.

Summary: I would love to go again for vacations to Ortiga Residence , we really liked

Positive: Stayed for 3 nights in early April. The whole stay was idyllic and the apartment was perfect for our party of 3. The hosts were attentive and professional and offered some small accommodations that made our trip even more delightful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: The most incredible apartment - photos do not give this place justice. Incredible location, extremely specious, luxurious and perfect! Hosts were accommodating and great with communication. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
