Negative: Generally staff were brash and did not provide any signs of respect or interest in the happiness of the guests. The stairs were used as areas to smoke and for storing rubbish. The breakfast was free but you had to be there when it was put out as other guests would grab the small amount available. Wifi was slow and often unusable.
