Positive: Bright, clean, comfortable rooms, Staff is so welcoming, gracious polite and extremely helpful. Especially the two young ladies at front receptionist. Jessie and Noheyla. BRAVO et MERCI pour votre service. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to Grand Rue and to all pertinent the sights. Colmar Old town, La Petite Venise, Marche Couvert, museums, toy museums, chocolate museum, restaurants, cafe, patisseries, Eglise St Martin, shops, boutiques. Etc I changed my original plan and extended my stay at this hotel for 5 nights.

Negative: All was great 👍🏽 nothing to complain about.

Positive: The location was great - just off the main street but still very quiet. Breakfast was very good - lots of lovely options and all laid out beautifully. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Free coffee, tea & pastries were available. Room was clean and comfortable.
