Positive: The room was exactly what we expected having read the reviews. I think people moaning too small is harsh . Yes it is small but we knew that and only for 2 nights it was spot on.. The location was perfect with transport to the other side of Lugano close by and easy to use.. The staff gave you a smile and said hello every time you pass reception going in or out

Positive: The location was fantastic. A short walk down the hill from the train station, just around the corner from the lake and a lovely walk along the promenade into Lugano.

Negative: The room was warm and the temperature outside wasn’t hot. Maybe there is central temperature control but couldn’t be controlled in the room.
