Summary: Great, timely and very clear communication with the host. Place was immaculate and larger than I expected. Sits perched on a hill with lots of big windows to get great airflow through the unit. The portable AC unit works great but needed more instructions on how to vent the hot air. But nights we nice and cool anyway so we didn't even use it. Highly recommend this property! Two queen beds in their own rooms and two twins in a third room.
