Summary: Everything was fine, the staff friendly and polite, the place is very clean. Only any points for which it is not 5*. The shower is very small, and you can barely move. The curtain over the main window allows a view inside. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m., which is very late for guests.

Summary: This place was pretty average all around, especially considering how well of a rating it is. Our first room had termites in it and those bugs were visible around the room. We asked to be moved to another room and that one was fine. The property just isn't in good condition all around with some things just really Being in rough shape. Being right on the water was nice and the location was ok, though there's not really a bad location in key west.

Summary: I guess its expensive to stay in the Keys. Expected a bit more for the price. The property is rather dated and behind in some maintenance. The service was very friendly, the restaurant had a very beachy feel and the animals on site were fun (large tortoises, parrots, and sharks!). Previous reviews indicated an available shuttle service to Historic KW, there was not so we were limited in our options.

Summary: The hotel was OK, but definitely should not be as expensive as it was for just a cheap normal hotel no extras. The room had no extra amenities besides a refrigerator not even a phone. Had no room service and the maid service people barely spoke any English did not give us any extra towels. And always gave us stink face like we were in the wrong for asking them for something. I did not like the attitude that some of the people there had. And the beach area is mostly accommodating to the people who rented the beach rooms not the people who rented the other rooms. The hotel was fairly clean, not too much to complain about there. But no sense of privacy unless you were in your room, even the back porch was wide open for everyone to see you. The ice machine was not working so we were unable to even get ice for our room. I really think they should lower the price to these rooms to accommodate to having just a regular hotel room nothing fancy.

Summary: Really lovely room with beachy decor. Very clean but we did not get maid service even after asking for it. The patio was very nice but upon sitting out with snacks we were immediately visited by iguanas including one over 3 ft. Long. Pool was very nice. Enjoyed being able to sit at bar and have lunch by the pool. Overall a good experience.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, but the rooms are super tiny. Also, the bed was not comfortable and I felt like it had bedbugs. We paid $200 a night for the room so I guess you get what you pay for.
