Summary: Everything was awesome until we got to our building which was pretty far from the check in lobby. Upon arrival of our building, we realized there was no elevator! We had to carry our luggage, take out our kids from the stroller and fold it up, and walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor. Thankfully only one flight of stairs, but frankly a bit surprising considering for a four star hotel to not have an elevator. I’ve personally never experienced staying at a hotel without an elevator.

Summary: Overall it was a nice stay. We originally booked a view of the pool, but as we checked into our room we were disappointed. It wasn't a great view. There were many trees blocking the view of the pool. The load noise of children screaming with excitement in the pool was not what we were expecting either. I don't mind children, but we were a bit worried about how the noise carried. The room was a bit dark and smaller than we expected since it was on the second floor. We decided to request a different room with a view of the golf course instead, but none were available. They did change our room, however; to one that was in a different bldg. and on the very top floor. There was a better view of another pool which was not as crowded, but we also had a view of the freeway in the distance. One evening went to the main area of the lobby/restaurant to have a quiet nitecap /cocktail before turning in, but the area had many children running around, even at that hour of the night. I love children, but we were celebrating an anniversary and hoped for a quieter setting. Maybe we would have been better off in a room with a nice view of the golf course in a quieter bldg. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and the service was very professional and polite. Breakfast was outstanding!! Thank you

Summary: This is the best hotel ever. Beautiful large lobby with a wonderful restaurant. Rooms for quiet and new. Pools, games, bar, fire pits, s’mores, etc. They have it all. Great place for kids.
