Summary: Excellent stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Both the cafe and the restaurant offered delicious food with plenty of options. The room was spotless and refreshed daily. While the rooms show a bit of age, the outstanding service, prime location, and wonderful view more than make up for it.

Summary: The staff we stellar. Hyatt's AI driven phone system is awful. Absolutely awful. You would do better connecting potential guests to a front desk with a live person. If it weren't for your live staff, I would have given a much lower review. The phone had no dial tone. No instructions on how to use it. So, I couldn't contact the front desk or order room service. I couldn't download the app because my Hotels.com confirmation # was not the same as the Hyatt's confirmation number, needed to use the Hyatt App. So I had to go down to the front desk to talk to a human being.
