Summary: The staff was amazing and really made our stay great! We felt welcomed all the time. We enjoyed the gym and free water bottles bottles. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the non carpet flowering and shower.

Summary: Hotel is excellent , great service. Unfortunately nothing worked in our room. The hotel had an issue with WiFi, didn’t work the first 24 hours. Also the safe was broken, needed to call repair man twice (wife had jewelry). Finally our soap dispenser in the shower was out of soap. Having to use a tiny bar of soap with 3 people for 2 days.

Summary: The hotel was awesome. I couldn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t have Wi-Fi with internet access. This caused me significant inconvenience. That said everything else about the place was outstanding.

Summary: I've been coming here since it first opened and always loved the view, the proximity of MIT, BU, Fenway Park and of course the river, with its own show. We were there for our 35th anniversary and to see the O's beat up the Red Sox, which they did 6-3 under beautiful weather. I even got lucky after a great lunch at Nando's. Never enjoyed the high parking fee and ounce found the heliport very cool, but the "Destination Fee" w/o shuttle service to more places is essentially $20 for two bottles of water.

Summary: The little food court was perfect for coffee in the morning and the beds were comfortable. The view of the Charles River was fabulous and it was quiet. If you visit MIT, this hotel is perfect!
