Summary: Balcony had a very bright light that could not be turned off. Called the front desk, who sent a maintenance person, who told us there is no switch, but the light will turn off in the morning when sun rises. Haha thanks!

Summary: Our first stay was great - no complaints. Because our stay was great, we decided to return for one more night the following weekend before our return home. This time however, the shuffleboard game was broken because ‘someone received a splinter while playing.’ We saw the board and it was in bad shape, and needless the pucks were removed for safety. That was ok, but could have been avoided. The more concerning issue was one of the queen beds was extremely lopsided. Either the mattress was worn or the box spring support was broken - either way the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not make a fuss because it was just a one night stay and our little one was ok to sleep on the bed. Instead we just informed the staff in the morning to address it. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location, has a convenient shuttle to nearby restaurants, and is very nice.

Summary: My husband took me to Boston to celebrate my birthday. At check in, Mamello helped us with check in. She was very personable and I had told her it was my birthday and that we were heading to Fenway for a Redsox game. When we returned from the game, I was so touched by the hand written note that she had left for me! It was truly above and beyond and made the day even more special!!!
