Positive: Location worked for my purposes, but is also adjacent to public transit. Comfortable beds, heating/AC worked fine, and a nicely-appointed gym (two racks of dumbbells, squat rack, lots of cardio machines etc).

Negative: Paid WiFi? Really? In 2025? Elevators were slow, wasn't wild about the fact that the bathroom door was also the closet door so in order for one to be open, the other had to be closed. Lots of sliding that back and forth. Not having ice machines on every floor wasn't super convenient, either.

Summary: If you need a place in Cambridge with a nice gym, you could do a lot worse! Probably.

Negative: The room was extremely cold during my stay. Activating AC does not help either. The value for the room io high. Not a very good breakfast for these prices either.

Negative: Restaurant Staff was very, very rude. Verbally assaulted and humiliated my colleague infront of all hitel guests during breakfast last Nov. 28.
