Negative: Unexpected extra cost $40 for parking. Which I was not happy about. And also $44 a breakfast cost which it was not worth it. We've been there before the breakfast was awesome this time the breakfast was light and it cost us money. Probably won't ever come back

Positive: Breakfast is always great! We were near to family, so visiting easily accomplished. Also our niece and cousin were able to fly in and shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport without issues.

Negative: I wonder if we were overcharged, I was given one price and my husband said it was different. A receipt was to be emailed, but hasn't arrived. We haven't had time to follow up.

Summary: We are comfortable with a repeat stay knowing the lay of the land.

Negative: This was the first time that we experienced a house cleaning lady knocked on our door told us that we need to go out now for her to clean; otherwise she won’t clean today. That wasn’t very nice and professional.

Summary: Okay but the cleaning lady ruined the day and expextation we had for the hotel.
