Positive: Amazing location, and the house is beautiful. Communication was good from start to finish.

Negative: (This has already been expressed to the owners/management company...) On two nights, rain leaked through the ceiling over (and onto) my and my husband's heads in the master bedroom in the middle of the night. When I say that my expectations of value for the money were not met or satisfactory, this is the main reason. For 500+ a day, this rainy wake up call (x2) was not expected. Hopefully this was just a one off!

Summary: Beautiful home, perfect for family gatherings.

Positive: Everything was great, really nice neighborhood. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The property manager was very nice and friendly as well as helpful.

Negative: The upstairs thermostat was very confusing making the second floor of the house really hot the first two nights we were there but on our last night the AC was working really good. The Jacuzzi was nice but would like to have used it with the Jets working. Don’t know if they were broken, but there was no switch or any indications of how to turn it on.

Summary: Nice and comfortable!! Very happy to have stayed there

Positive: The property is such a breath pf fresh air. We really love the place. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in San Jose like pool, board games, kitchen stuff and most especially the massage chair.

Negative: The pool is a bit dirty under and when we first enter the house there’s a lot of insects flying around.

Summary: Absolutely worth it. Worth the price and accommodating.
