Negative: I mistakenly booked for the wrong night and had to pay for it. However they gave me a good discount for the night I did stay.

Negative: $15.00 per night for parking is ridiculous. Televisions lag behind in voice and you need to change the channel to sync it back up and the reception always has a lot of interference.

Summary: Changing your rates from $239.00 to $500.00 per because of an event is extortion. RIPOFF!

Positive: The hotel is fairly new therefore still in good shape but most importantly it was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was professional and the majority including the maids were friendly. Only the breakfast staff was not as friendly as the rest (no eye contact, no greeting, no smiles). The breakfast itself was fresh and there was a wide variety to choose from. There was daily maid service, water and ice available.

Negative: Parking costs extra but everything else was great.
