Summary: Overall this was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and the pool was our favorite activity. My only complaint would be that we paid for the pool to be heated and it was not warm enough. The hot tub doesn’t turn on until 4 so we would just freeze in the pool if we swam earlier in the day then that (we went in April, this might not be such a big deal in the middle of July).

Summary: Overall we were very happy. I wish that the pool fees would have been more obvious. When seeing “heated pool” in the description we expected it to be part of the cost. 2 hours before we got there is reviewed the listing again and saw there was a 75.00 a day charge and the pool and hot tub were on a timer so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub in the mornings. Rewriting the title and/or adding the pool cost into the daily rate may avoid some confusion and frustration. I would stay again but would request different timers. We were there for 4 days and the pool was an extra 350.00 for limited times. All in all the house was beautiful and the grounds were great for meeting our ATV trailer needs.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the contact person was responsive. Our only suggestion would be to include more specific instructions regarding the pool and hot tub and tge.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a break on a month long road trip and just after shore camping and boating in Lake Powell for a week. The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool was heated, a nice respite from spring lake water, and the yard was fenced and green. The neighborhood was quiet and the private driveway was great for unloading and loading.
